2. Public Library Site Licensing
For a Public Library systems serving a population of 50-60K, the price for eBooks and eBook Sets is exactly the same as for a school of 500+ students. Public Libraries can purchase Site Licenses by the TITLE (you choose the titles) or by the SET (pre-defined by subject or reading level). In either case, we apply a Population Adjustment Factor (PAF) to reflect the size of the communities you serve where 50-60k is the base line case with a PAF of 1.0. Libraries serving smaller populations pay less and those serving larger populations pay more as shown in the following table:

In the example below, we show how our All-Title Set price varies with library system population. For our base line library system serving a population of 50-60k and a Population Adjustment Factor of 1.0, the price for:
1-yr is $450, 2-yr: $770, 3-yr: $1080, 4-yr: $1350, 5-yr: $1580, Lifetime: $2930 (click for details on "Lifetime")
For larger or smaller library systems, price goes up or down as the PAF is applied to the base line price as shown in the example below.

Our books are available in flat pdf format through Overdrive, Ingram, Baker & Taylor, Follett, Net Library, and Mobipocket but these formats do not do justice to the colors and additional language and audio features that we offer. Our eBooks use flash technology with embedded audio so that in Auto-Flip Mode, pages flip themselves and read-aloud is locked to page. In manual mode, a separate MP3 player appears allowing children to play and hear a continuous reading not locked to page and they have to manually flip the pages to keep up (or pause the audio). And, with a single click in either mode, the language text and audio change instantly. All these features plus vibrant color display and 3D page curling make for a very large folder with over 70 individual files!
If you prefer to set-up your access for one eBook at a time, we have a url generator on the website that will create individual access codes for each title so that these links can then be embedded in an online card catalog system. When clicked, these links will activate just the one eBook.
** Lifetime means for as long as we are in business as a company offering our site license. If we should ever cease operation as a company or discontinue our site licenses, we agree to send your school or public library the eBooks in both English and Spanish versions in PDF format and we will also include the mp3 audio for each eBook.
For all building PC and MAC computers and to send home to the school children's families for use on their home computers, we recommend the easy desktop icon (from our set-up email) which similarly provides one-click access with no login.
